Getting better

I haven't been feeling well - my legs get so tired, I have to rest a lot. It's the same mysterious thing I had back in January. This time, Matte saw it coming already on Wednesday evening. Husse and Matte brought me to the vet Thursday morning. We were there for about 3 hours, then it was decided I should come back in Friday. Matte took me Friday, I got a shot and fell asleep. I don't know what happend, but Matte says I was x-rayed! The vet, who was real nice, also drew some blood to make sure my kidneys are in good order (they are!). We still don't know what is wrong with me, but I get medicine and I am getting better. I still rest a lot, though. Every few yeards I stop to lie down.

Country Cat

I've been out in the county! Husse, Matte and I went to stay in Östra Nöbbelöv and it was great fun. I spent a lot of time checking out the premises. I remember my cottage well from last Christmas - it didn't take long to get to know all the spiders (but I didn't tell Matte about them - she doesn't care much for spiders). The garden was great fun! A lot more stuff growing there now and soooo many smells to ponder! I look forward to going there again.

Ahum... there's the smell of at least... hmm... 3 other cats... and there's a touch of some kind of flower too...

Back home... man, was I tired! Even my tail is tired...

In the garden... twice today!

Today I was very successful in making Matte take me to the garden. I made her take me out twice!! She spent a few hours shopping, then came back to me. I told her immediately that I thought she should make up for lost time. I stayed out for about 45 minutes, then I went back inside to have a nap. When I woke up, Matte gave me some tuna. That was delicious! I asked her to take me out again, and she did!! I showed her I could climb the willow real high and jump down again. She was very impressed. Now, I think another nap is on the agenda.

Chef Enok

When Husse is not in the kitchen, Matte has no clue what to do. She's more of a visitor in the kitchen, really. Apart from the fact that she has the most important job of all: getting me breakfast! Then she makes their breakfast, which seems easy enough. Husse is the boss in the kitchen, but he does need assistance sometimes. That's when I, Chef Enok, enter the picture!

Welcome!

Matte's sister Jenny and her son Nils comes tomorrow, they are going to stay here a couple of nights. It'll be exciting! I have already made up the guestroom... well, Husse and Matte helped a lot :-) I am responsible for making sure everything is in order.


The bed is fairly soft and there are two pillows... that's good, that's good...

Ikea

I don't go to Ikea myself, but I really enjoy when Husse and Matte have been there. If they buy somtehing that comes in a box, I'm really happy! This time, I had great fun with a bag.

Matte's darlings

This is Husse and I. We are Matte's darlings, she loves us very much. I love to be carried around by Husse, you should hear me purr! Matte has one more favourite boy, his name is Nils. We look forward to having Nils and his mother staying with us for a few nights shortly.

Flat cat

There's a flat cat that is with me at all times. At least when I'm in the sun. The flat cat shadows my every move!
