I'm gorgeous

Matte says I'm gorgeous and she wanted to show me off. This is one of her favourite pictures of me. Do you like it?

Prey

I have become a pretty good hunter, I think. I hunt larger prey now than I used to do. When I'm outdoors I'm always tailed by Husse or Matte. They are not very good hunters at all. Not fast enough, can't sit still long enough and are not quiet as far as I understand. Pretty much hopelss when it comes to hunting that is. Anyway, I now hunt pigeons and common blackbird, we have plenty of those in our garden. There's a Mrs Blackbird, I think she's teasing me. She's always just out of reach.


Me, I just missed a bird because of Matte. I turned around and gave her "that look".

Garden work

Husse and Matte have spent a lot of time in the garden without me. I keep an eye on them, though! They have been planting stuff. The strangest plant so far is a big, white sheet. I wonder what they think will come out of that? I do the important stuff: make sure everything is in order. In the picture I have just made sure that the water has been (very) safely turned off.

I don't want surprise showers, it's important that the water is turned off. In the picture I have turned my attention to the vent where I believe a spider might live.

Sleep de lux

Sleep is very important and I believe that I (and most likely all other cats) are world champions on sleeping. If you can't sleep, why not try to imagine you're a cat? Cuddle up, let all thoughts fly out the window and start snoring within minutes! I also recommend finding several comfy places to sleep at. I have quite a few: my "hanging basket" that I love - it's very good for daytime naps. Then there are several closets with blankets just for me. Nice, but only on occasion. Sleep de lux is when I nap in Matte's bed!

Helping Husse

I spent Easter at the cat hotel and had a great time! My neighbour didn't understand me and tried to teach me to behave. She had no luck: I just stayed out of reach and continued to speak what was on my mind!
Husse and Matte spent Easter with Husse's parents and had a good time there. I wonder if they had a nice outdoor-cage, like I did?
Before Easter, I again proved how useful I am around the house: I helped Husse put up a new lamp. Husse is a bit taller than me, so he had to do the ceiling-part...

I kept watch so Husse didn't fall off the chair

General Enok, the Defender

Today I, General Enok, defended the territory at Sågrockan 7. Infantry Matte defended my rear and Infantry Husse defended my left flank. Together we formed an effective war machine and successfully forced the enemy to retreat.
